<p> Sahibzada Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, president of MQI’s Supreme Council, called on Dr Abdul Fuzail al-Qausi, former Vice Chancellor of Al-Azher University and vice president of World Association for al-Azhar Graduation, on January 17, 2010. Dr Ghulam Muhammad Qamer al-Azhari, member of teaching faculty, Osama Yasin, director of World Association for al-Azhar Graduation and Asadullah Jan al-Azhari, joint representative of the Pakistani student community and World Association for Azhar Graduation, were also present on the occasion. Both former Vice Chancellor and Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri agreed that education could be a very effective instrument to defeat the forces of extremism and anarchy and could pave the way for revival of glorious past of the Umma. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri briefed Dr Abdul Fuzail al-Qausi about the collaboration between Minhaj University Lahore and Al-Azhar University and conveyed him the message of well being on behalf of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri.
